As a key member of our sales team, your primary role will be to identify, engage, and secure new clients interested in tokenizing their real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in real estate tokenization.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads within the real estate sector.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to explain the benefits and processes of real estate tokenization.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of trends in both the real estate market and blockchain technology.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to refine strategies and promotional activities.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns regarding tokenization services.
- Achievement of Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to qualify for a base salary.
- Report on sales activities and forecast future sales effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate tokenization and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours as needed.
Compensation:
- This role is commission-based initially.
- Upon achieving specific sales targets, a base salary will be provided.
